Reason

After a brief improvement, pollution levels rose again, affecting the health of citizens.

New Rules for Industries

Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav announced: ✅ All industries in NCR must install OCEMS by 31 December ✅ Non-compliance can lead to penalty or closure
